  This writing activity will involve children, divided into groups of four, recreating a sequence by writing based on a sheet that contains five images representing different situations. For example, a house is on fire (the sheet will contain images of fire, a house, a fire extinguisher, an explosion, and a water jug), a woman starts cooking in her house, etc. After each group writes their composition based on their assigned sheet, the entire class will have to come to an agreement on the order of each sequence and collectively create a story by putting all the parts together. Doing this activity, the children will practice their writting skills and creativity, and also work on their listening comprehension.

 TASK: TOWN´S FUNCTIONS. We will transform our class in the town´s market. we will create in the class diferent bussiness we can find in a town (bakery, butcher, fish shop, mechanic, candy shop, sports centre...) and we will assign a person from the class to each job, and the rest of the class will be walking through all the shops and buying things (will writte all the things they buy in a list) and to end the activity, everyone will say to the class what they have bought. With this activity, all the children will practice their speaking and pronunciation and will produce dialogues that could be useful in real life for them.

Welcome to the place where you can see a idea about a listening task to improve our listening ando also our speaking skills. TASK:  "SINGING IN OUR MINDS" This task consist in, working individually, listen a song (the song I´ve choose is "Hall of Fame" by The Script. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mk48xRzuNvA) and, following the lyrics, and after wtching the video, talk about the main topic from the song and next to that, every child will improvise a story about his own hero, they will write the story or song in a paper, and finally the children will present the song in fron of the class.  After every presentation, the children will have to give the reason on why they have choosen that hero. With this activity we can see the creativity of the class and work on the talking expressions.

 My name is Álvaro, I´m 22 and I´m a teacher since January 2023. I finished my studies to be a teacher in Toledo. I´m probably one of the youngest teacher from this class and I have a lot of energy and desire to learn about teaching english. My favourite skill from english language is to speak, learning different speaking skills and speak more fluently when the course finish.
